Great location as far as proximity to city and room was big, clean and well laid out. Beds are good quality and while the pillows weren't great there was a pillow menu we could have tried but only stayed the one night.

Amazing hotel. Great harbour views, lots of great touches, loved the complimentary drink while waiting to check in. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Amazing but very expensive mini bar. Rooftop heated pool was great. Lots of food options.

Iv been to many hotels but nothing can compare to the W sydney, it has exceeded our expectations in terms of how articulate and beautiful it is. Very clean and you feel the luxurious side to it.

Service is pretty good, I said it’s my girlfriend’s birthday when checking in and they gave us a champagne as a surprise with the handwritten birthday card.

My stay was amazing, beautiful location super friendly staff, I felt like a VIP Guest. I also enjoyed the free yoga lessons in the morning. The rooftop pool and drinks were spectacular!!!

The staff were amazing, they upgraded our room to the harbour view free of charge so we got to watch the fire work show up close from our window. The hotel is beautiful, amazing luxurious facilities. We liked the extensive buffet breakfast and would have lived to swim in the 2 pools if it wasn’t raining during our stay. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Great wifi and tv had casting.

The management staff were absolutely beautiful to my family. We came when there was a cyclone to Sydney and they turned the heat up in the pool (middle floor) as the top pool was closed Also gave us a late check out and some gifts to the room. I was going through an extremely hard time with a recent divorce and was upset trying to enjoy a lil family getaway. They helped accomodate us nicely and we felt great being there with my kids at the W. The beds/ room so big and comfortable, the food is delicious along with a fantastic location. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
