From the moment we arrived at the W, we were greeted with exceptional service that made our stay truly memorable. I can’t thank Grace and the team enough for all the help and hospitality, especially in making my partner's birthday celebration feel extra special. The team went above and beyond right from the start. As soon as I arrived, I was struggling with my balloons in the wind, and the staff out front immediately jumped in to help. They were so friendly, accommodating, and made sure I was all set, their accommodating nature was consistent through out our entire stay. Their attentiveness really stood out and added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel itself was fantastic, with beautiful rooms and a vibrant atmosphere! Overall, we had an amazing time and I truly appreciate all the thoughtful details and the kindness shown by Grace and the entire team. We will definitely be staying at the W again in the future and can’t wait for our next visit!
